Supplemental Staffing
You provide Manpower your requirements and we will find an employee who can get your job done right, on time and better than you expected. And as the employer, Manpower will be responsible for their weekly pay, taxes and additional paperwork.
Contract-to-Permanent Placement
Finding the right employee can be challenging. When you have a Manpower employee working for you, you have the opportunity to assess their skills and their ability to fit into your organization. When the fit is right, you have the option of transitioning the employee to your permanent payroll.
Wagemaster / Payrolling
Do you have a candidate that you want to hire as a contractor, but aren't sure how this would work? You find the employee and we will put them on our payroll. When and if you decide to hire them, you can make them an addition to your staff with no waiting period. Manpower payrolling services allow our customers to leverage referrals at reduced costs. Manpower's program, known as "Wagemaster" allows companies to identify candidates for contract employment and bring them through our service at a reduced cost.
Manpower takes full employer responsibility, which includes: unemployment and worker's compensation, federal, state and local taxes, general liability insurance, and compliance with applicable employment laws. The Wagemaster program offers our customers cost reducations for quality talent and allows managers the flexibility to convert such contractors to full-time employees at any time with no additional fee. Our web prescreening tool, NetSelect, provides an effective way to efficiently channel qualified applicants for customer positions into the Manpower system. Manpower recruiters are experts in actively mining for candidates in various internal and external databases and resources.
Manpower also relies on our current workforce to lead us to qualified job candidates, offering bonuses to those who become a Manpower employee.
