- Ultraskill measures keyboarding speed and clerical skills required to create, edit and proofread documents.
- PhoneSkill™ assesses voice quality, a key to successful customer contact. It helps us provide people whose verbal communication skills are positive reflections of your business.
- Teleskill™ assesses whether a candidate has the ability to perform essential contact center functions like solve problems, multi-task and more. It provides candidates with a realistic view of the contact center environment, while giving us a thorough measurement of ability.
- AccountCheck measures the skills and knowledge required for clerical accounting positions, including the ability to analyze and record business transactions, interpret invoice information and calculate percentages.
- Predicta - Classifying & Organizing Documents measures the ability to sort documents by number and letter, as well as into specific categories by following a set of rules.
- Data Skills Plus assesses the ability to enter alphanumeric and numeric data into an automated system and to think logically and use good judgment about information to be entered into the automated system.
