You are eligible for benefits the first of the month following 90 calendar days of employment. Once your coverage takes effect, you must maintain 100 paid work hours per month to remain on the plan. If you wish to enroll in the insurance program, contact your Recruiter within 60 days from your first day of employment to participate.
