Supplemental Staffing
You provide Manpower your requirements and we will find an employee who can get your job done right, on time and better than you expected. And as the employer, Manpower will be responsible for their weekly pay, taxes and additional paperwork.

Contract-to-Hire
Finding the right employee can be challenging.  When you have a Manpower employee working for you, you have the opportunity to assess their skills and their ability to fit into your organization.  When the fit is right, you have the option of transitioning the employee to your permanent payroll.

Wagemaster / Payrolling
You find the employee and we will put them on our payroll.  When and if you decide to hire them, you can make them an addition to your staff with no waiting period. Manpower will be responsible for their weekly pay, taxes and additional paperwork.

Outsourcing
Difficult to fill positions often require additional resources.  Manpower has a network of partners that supplement our efforts to complete these types of orders.

Direct-Hire
Manpower is a resource for direct-hire employees. Not all of our employees have the option of working a temporary assignment. Many require permanent work. The same applies to your business. There are situations which require a direct-hire. Utilizing Manpower, all recruitment, interviewing and screening processes are handled. In this model, Manpower along with our outsourcing partners, have total responsibility for fulfillment of the orders. Integral elements of our service delivery in this model are time capture, invoicing, settlement and reporting, for all service providers.

Managed Services
Manpower's Managed Services program provides a way for you to transfer challenging areas within your organization to Manpower. We provide the workforce and management labor, handle HR operation functions, including all hiring and performance management issues.
