Applications for Employment

The Kokomo office accepts Applications for Employment on Tuesdays and Thursdays only from 1pm - 3 pm.

For your convenience, Manpower now offers Self Service Intake (computer-based application) at the Kokomo office, as well as, paper-based applications.  Applications are reviewed on a regular basis and retained in our office for a period of one (1) year. Applicants will be notified by a staff member once we match an order to your skills and experience to discuss a possible employment opportunity.

 

Call In Available Procedures

Employees that have completed the orientation process (completed an application, testing and assessments and interview) are required to call in available for work 1-2 times/week between the hours of 5pm - 8am.  Employees will notified by a staff member once we have a specific opening that meet the initial criteria of the order and customer to discuss a possible employment opportunity.
