Direct Deposit is Manpower's primary payment method.

Direct deposit benefits Manpower in the following ways:

• Reduces number of calls about "late checks" to field offices
• Reduces number of replacement checks produced by support center
• Reduces risk of fraud
• Represents a significant cost savings
• Eliminates check cashing problems for our employees

PayCard Enrollment

To increase enrollment in our Automatic Direct Deposit Payroll Program, Manpower has partnered with several financial institutions to make a Visa payroll card and free checking accounts available to our "unbanked" employees. By offering these benefits, we can effectively remove the main obstacle that prevents them from participating in direct deposit.

Why should I use a Visa PayCard?

• You avoid paying high check cashing fees.
• You're paid even if you're not scheduled to work that day.
• Your pay is conveniently loaded onto your card so you don't have to make a trip to a check cashing business.
• You don't need to have a bank account.
• It's safer than carrying cash.
• You have convenient access to funds at ATMs and retail locations - wherever Visa is accepted.
• You can check your balance by calling a toll free touchtone number. The number is available on any day at any time.
• You'll get a monthly statement that will show you all your transactions for the month. You can set up bill payment options that normally use a credit card. (e.g., long distance phone companies, cable TV, other services that bill to a credit card. Payroll cards cannot be used for automatic payments in which a bank account number is needed.)

Bank -At-Work Program

The Kokomo Manpower office has partnered with Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union to provide our employees with a free benefits program.  This includes free educational seminars by a financial expert on topics such as:

• 1st Time Home Buyer's Information
• Online Banking & Bill Payer Services
• Any employee requested financial presentation

Solidarity will deposit the initial $5 deposit into your new account.  Need a loan?
