Our industry-exclusive alliance allows us to leverage SHL's online assessment and testing services to complement our own proprietary selection, assessment and training system. The addition of SHL's tools allows us to offer a comprehensive range of objective recruitment and selection solutions; broaden the range of supplemental and direct-hire candidates for which we can provide high-level matching services; and further our Web-based capabilities.
Our alliance with CareerHarmony has resulted in the creation of Manpower's NetSelectsm system, a fully automated online pre-qualification tool for customers' candidates as well as for our own internal recruitment projects. The NetSelect solution creates significant time and cost efficiencies for our customers and a strong competitive advantage for Manpower.
Ariba Commerce Services Network is a global leader in providing business-to-business e-commerce solutions. Our proprietary Web-based order management tool, Direct Source, is integrated through Ariba. Our relationship offers our clients a seamless process to conduct online staffing transactions.

The Manpower and Diversified alliance delivers integrated business process management services-- offering clients single-source solutions.
