PROGRAM MODEL EXAMPLES

Telecom Client in South America, built out a national infrastructure utilizing a project team of several hundred, sourced and managed from multiple source countries through a Vendor Management Solution offering. Manpower utilized our existing network across many regions, built in additional vendors, and supported the project across it's life cycle with a wide range of technical and project management resources. These were contractors and employees paid in multiple currencies, with all immigration, relocation, and deployment coordinated by Manpower.

Energy Client in Russia. Required a team of over 1000 Skilled Trades workers to manage construction and maintenance requirements at a remote refining facility. Manpower sourced and deployed multiple trades, QA/QC, and management personnel from several regions handling all aspects of the location, evaluation, and deployment of the teams. Project remains ongoing with a fluctuating balance of personnel between 70-200 onsite.

Global IT Client. Sought to consolidate it's support and infrastructure facilities across Europe and create cost efficiencies. Manpower proposed, was awarded, and championed  this effort, helping to identify facility locations, right-size and relocate existing personnel, then source an additional 370 workers from 12 countries. Manpower facilitated all aspects of project and continues to manage the teams in the two new operations.
